SENFENG SFS-35130 Sliding Double Columns Gantry Machining Center consists of worktable, machine bed, carriage, column, beam, saddle, ram, spindle, gearbox, spindle constant temperature cooling system, coordinate axis centralized lubrication system, machine tool pneumatic hydraulic system, Z-axis hydraulic balance system, automatic chip removal device on both sides of the worktable, water cooling system, large-capacity water tank, gantry follow-up operation room, and electronic control and other components, with the advantages of basic frame of traditional gantry machine bed, including strong rigidity, symmetrical structure, strong stability and so on.
It has various processing functions, including milling, boring, drilling (drilling, counterboring, reaming), tapping, countersinking and so on. It can also be equipped with automatic head change, automatic tool change and others as options, so that it can complete hole and plane processing of five faces in one clamping. Moreover, according to the different needs of customers, auxiliary functions such as fully closed-loop grating, tool center cooling, automatic workpiece measurement, and automatic tool measurement can be selected.
