Mechanical crowning (V-axis)
Mechanical crowning can calculate the required compensation amount for the upper and lower beams based on the load force during workpiece bending, effectively compensating for the deflection deformation to improve bending accuracy.
4 Back gauge fingers
SENFENG unique design of 4 rear fingers is more convenient and flexible, effectively reducing unnecessary manual operations. It can help to position the workpiece in the right site to ensure the high precision and consistency of the bending angle and bending position.
German REXROTH hydraulic system
German REXROTH hydraulic system has a high-frequency response (12ms), which is easy to debug. It is designed to provide precise and efficient control of hydraulic power, ensuring smooth and accurate operation of machinery and equipment.
Different CNC axis correspond to different CNC systems
According to your different bending processing needs, SENFENG can customize different CNC axis and corresponding CNC system to achieve more accurate bending.
4+V axis CNC bending machine can control four primary axis (X, Y1, Y2, and R) and an additional axis (V, crowning by CNC) to accurately bend and position the workpiece. At the same time，6+V/8+V axis are optional.
Standard DELEM-DA53T system, ESA / CYB system are optional.
DSP laser safety protection device （Optional）
The DSP laser safety protection device fully protects the personal safety of the bending machine operator and avoids the danger caused by the rapid movement of the slider on the machine tool.
Robotic feeding cell （Optional）
