SENFENG LASER HEAD

Auto-focus: with focusing speed 10m/min and repeated accuracy 50μm, human intervention is greatly minimized;High power adaptive: with high precision optical mirror group applied, it can adapt power up to 15KW, which makes thick plate cutting more stable and efficient;Cooling system: cooling system installed to collimator lens and focusing lens group, as well as cooling air flow added to the nozzle effectively protect nozzle and ceramic rings, and extend service time.

Circulating Water Cooling System

With the circulating water cooling, QBH module and focusing module, long-term cutting is ensured without over-heating and fogging.

Focusing mirror with high precision and different focus length.

Dust-proof Function

It can effectively prevent dust falling.

SENFENG LASER SOURCES

Optical path and the circuit module do not interfere with each other, which ensures stable operation; the photoelectric module can be replaced and upgraded at customers' end to make maintanence easier.Newly added 3-level reflect light protection and fast PD monitoring can avoid damage to the laser source during processing of highly reflective materials to ensure the safety of the laser source.The electro-optical conversion efficiency is ≥40%, which is more energy-saving.

FENG CLOUD SYSTEM

FENG CLOUD SYSTEM is a SCADA system independently developed by our company and specially applied to CNC laser equipment, which can remotely monitor and manage the equipment. At the same time, we can provide customized services based on customer needs.
