The bed and worktable are made of high-strength, high-quality cast iron and resin sand. The X-axis guide rail adopts a heavy-duty guide rail support structure, and the high-load-bearing sliders are reasonably arranged in position and number on each roller linear guide rail according to the mechanical principle, which can ensure the high rigidity, long-term stability and accuracy of the machine bed;
The beam guide rail is designed as a stepped structure. The beam has large section, and the guide rail has large span. The spindle center has a short distance to the Z-axis guide with small turning moment and good structural rigidity. The Y-axis guide rail is heavy-duty guide rail imported, with good anti-seismic, strong rigidity and good stability;
The saddle and ram are made of high-strength and high-quality cast iron and resin sand. The guide rail is enclosed with PTFE protection and under the quenching process to improve stiffness. The powerful lubrication system is matched with the high-torque servo motor and hydraulic double oil cylinder to balance the dynamic characteristics of the ram, which can ensure the faster response to start-stop action.
The spindle is made of high-quality alloy steel which is carburized and quenched. It is equipped with imported bearing components which has high-precision, and are equipped with a constant temperature cooling system. The main motion part is equipped with full gear transmission. Smooth change between high and low speed is realized by automatic shifting.
