What is High-speed High-precision Tube Laser Cutting Machine?
This is a professional tube laser cutter that performs noticeably well in cutting speed and precision. It comes with two pneumatic chucks, which allow cutting and loading to occur simultaneously, so as to minimize time waste and enable continuous cutting at high speed. Furthermore, its adoption of servo motors and precision guide rails offers repeatability accuracy of ±0.03mm. Its laser generator adopts laser energy precise-control technology to make cutting incision smooth and avoid edge & angle burning, overburning, burr or thermal deformation while dealing with small tubes.

±45° Bevel Cutting
Its autofocus laser cutting head and two pneumatic chucks special for beveling can cut round, square and rectangular tubes, angle and channel steels into ±45° bevels, getting ready for later welding. Such one-step operations will certainly raise cutting precision and speed. Notes: 6012GPLUS comes standard with this function, but it is optional for other models.
Semi-/Fully-automatic Loading & Unloading Devices
With intelligent control mode, users may load multiple tubes in one go. After being cut, tubes will slide down from turning plates automatically to lessen waiting time and make unloading continuous.
