CNC roll lathe adopts box-shaped structure, which is cast by strong MEHANITE cast iron (HT-300). It has the characteristics of strong overall rigidity, high accuracy and reliability.
It adopts a high-rigidity four-guideway structure. The feed guideway and tailstock guideway are separated, which reduces the interference range of parts to ensure convenient chip removal, and good precision. It is suitable for precision machining of high-speed steel rolls, high-boron steel rolls, laser rolls and ordinary rolls.
